ⓘ Legend
The dropdown: a red circle marks something that opens on a tap or click. On a game it shows the EPA comparison behind the model margin, the home-field step, the injuries that moved it and the adjusted margin. Tapping the game row anywhere else opens the game page: the projection, each offense against its defense, the starters, the injuries, the plan and the report. On an Overs or Unders record it lists the plan's calls on that side with the Normal / Edge / Edge+ rungs and, once played, what happened.
Line · O/U The closing spread from the favorite's side and the market total. Once played, the total shows the points and whether it went over or under. Shown for context: the engine prices player props, not sides.
Model The engine's own margin for the favorite, from its opponent-adjusted efficiency ratings entering the week. Green = the engine likes the favorite more than the line does; amber = it actually likes the dog.
Adj The model margin with the priced injury reports folded in. ↯ marks a game where the injuries flip the engine's side.
Proj · Score The projected score and the final, favorite first.
Overs · Unders The pre-game single-game parlay plan's player calls, split by side: hits–misses once the box score is in, call counts before. A void is a player who did not play.
Plan cushion Every call is read at three rungs of the player's Kalshi ladder. Normal is the line the plan called. Edge is the listed rung nearest halfway between that line and the ladder's last rung on the easy side. Edge+ is that last rung: the lowest N+ on an over, the highest <N on an under. The pills swap the Overs and Unders columns between them; the record beside each pill is the week's total at that cushion.
Report The post-game report's projection grade, shown once reports are written.

He is the goal-line offense. Dallas is implied for 28 and converted 4-of-4 red-zone trips at Houston with Williams scoring from 8, 1 and 2. Even in the version of this game where his yardage is throttled by Tampa's front, the short-yardage carries are his at a 74-80% snap share, and Tampa has allowed red-zone touchdowns at a normal clip (2-of-3, 2-of-5, 2-of-3 in weeks 1, 1 and 4 opponents' trips).

Target floor in a game Dallas has to throw. He has had at least 8 targets in every game and 21 at Houston, and the catches follow because Dallas' aDOT in that script was 5.8. Tampa removes the run (3.204 YPC allowed, 2nd; -0.285 rush EPA, 4th) without being able to pressure the passer (10.2% pressure generated, 30th). Dallas' answer to a dead run game has been attempts — 40 and 45 the last two weeks — and it throws with a lead too (64.4% pass rate while up on Washington). The engine's 32.9 attempts is the low end of his range in a game where the only way to move the ball is the throw.

Script call: Tampa is a 8.5-point dog with a second-start quarterback, which is the profile the engine under-projects on picks — the attempts arrive late and under duress rather than being run off the clock, and Tampa has never led for a meaningful stretch this season (0 seconds led in Week 3). The engine blends Tampa's 4.0% INT rate down to 2.1% by averaging it with Dallas' generation rate; this quarterback's own 30 career attempts have produced three interceptions, both Week 4 picks on throws past the sticks.

The one lane Tampa has. Dallas has allowed 150.25 rush yards per game (31st) and 4.77 YPC (27th), gave up 4 explosive runs to the Giants and 6 to Baltimore, and is a long shot to have Overshown (74% snaps) for a fourth straight week. With a rookie quarterback at a 4.2 aDOT, Tampa leaned run at 49.2% pass in Week 4 and Irving got 16 carries — the same plan should hold until the deficit reaches two scores.

Tampa's touchdown path is the ground and the goal line, not the throw: 3 passing-era red-zone TDs on 10 trips across weeks 1-3, both Week 1 scores on the ground, the Week 4 scores a Tucker run and a 10-yard checkdown. He is a 35-46% snap passing-down back whose targets come at negative air yards (-15 and -22 in Week 2) into a Dallas second level that, Overshown aside, tackles at the catch; his carries are 2-5 a game behind Irving and have produced 15, 10, -4 and 5 yards. The Week 4 lesson, applied: with Daniels throwing, Tampa's receiving market is a receptions market, not a yardage market. Egbuka played 93.7% of snaps and produced 2-13 because his air yards arrive on incompletions and the one deep ball to him was intercepted. Dallas' leak is explosive passing over the top — the layer this quarterback does not access.

His passing line is structurally capped: a 4.2 aDOT with two deep attempts in his first start, 25 of 28 throws short, and six scrambles for 46 yards that score as rushes rather than passing yards. Efficiency call, labelled as the weaker kind, but it is the one place doctrine says the engine leaves value: projections for backs under-respond to the opponent's run defense. A script and protection call. With Barkley and Bigsby gone the only back is Shipley, so the designed-run and short-yardage work concentrates on Hurts, and the line — now also without the retired Lane Johnson on top of Jurgens and Dickerson — pushes him off his spot: the week-1 report's note was explicit that pressure raises his rushing floor (5 scrambles, 48 yards against WAS's 15.2% sack-or-hit). Against a top-10 rush-EPA defense the rank does not bind here because the metric is built on stopping the backs it will face on 15-18 carries; quarterback scrambles against a front that rushes four and sits on a lead are the leak, not the strength.

Unchanged read, restated against the new number: he is a manufactured-touch receiver, not a yardage receiver — the week-1 report charted every target at or behind the line — and four games in he has never cleared 29 yards. The engine has now dumped Smith's share on him (29.91 → 45.24) on exactly the logic the week-4 review falsified, when the vacated air yards went to Cooper (48% share) rather than the nominal beneficiaries. Goedert's return takes the high-leverage short looks the reallocation assumes for Lemon.

With Douglas 'unlikely' (ESPN via Rotowire, Friday) for a third week, he is the unambiguous target leader. Streaming picks

Streaming kickers, defenses and skill players, week 5

Kickers and defenses ranked by the walk-forward models; QB, RB, WR and TE streamers (outside the starter line by season-to-date PPR) ranked by the game projection engine. Top 5 in each tab are the week's stream picks; once played, a pick is a hit when it finishes top 10.
The market's implied team points carry most of it; an offense that sustains drives without explosives (high success rate, low EPA) turns scoring into field goals. Backtest 2021-25: weekly top-5 averaged 8.84 vs a 7.86 field. Green/amber = better/worse than this week's field. This week: stream picks averaged 11.0 vs field 8.3, 3 of 5 finished top 10.

WR streamers: every WR outside the starter line (top 36 by average PPR over 2026 weeks 1–4; 30 set aside, 136 in the pool). Ranked by the engine's PPR line for this week off the team's implied points, the player's share of the offense and the opponent: Opp run D and Opp pass D are the defense reads the engine leans on (green = softer than league, amber = tougher). Once played, the actual sits beside each projection: green over, amber under; a ✓ marks a top-10 finish. This week: stream picks averaged 11.6 vs a 5.4 streamer field, 2 of 5 finished top 10.

TE streamers: every TE outside the starter line (top 12 by average PPR over 2026 weeks 1–4; 11 set aside, 89 in the pool). This week: stream picks averaged 9.1 vs a 3.9 streamer field, 3 of 5 finished top 10.
